BOLEO GLOBAL developed a strategic consultancy project for the Inspección General de Cooperativas de Guatemala aimed at supporting the institutional strengthening and modernization of Guatemala’s cooperative sector during a period of political transition and institutional budget expansion.
The consultancy sought to contribute to INGECOP’s strategic repositioning through the design of tools, partnerships, and mechanisms aimed at strengthening institutional capacities, improving financial sustainability, and consolidating new instruments for training, project management, and knowledge generation for the Guatemalan cooperative movement.
The project was implemented directly for INGECOP under Technical Services Administrative Contract 22-2019.
BOLEO GLOBAL assumed full responsibility for the consultancy, leading the strategic design, institutional coordination, and technical development of the proposals aimed at INGECOP’s modernization.
