This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) establishes how BOLEO GLOBAL S.L. (hereinafter BOLEO GLOBAL or the Entity) will collect, use and share the personal data that you provide to us either through our website (www.boleoglobal.com) or through the various means provided by BOLEO GLOBAL.

BOLEO GLOBAL will not collect your personal data without your prior consent. Likewise, the necessary confidentiality will be maintained by all personnel involved in any phase of the processing, without the transfer of your data to third parties, except in cases where we are legally required to do so, having previously obtained your express authorization.

In this privacy policy you will find a table identifying, for each of the different data processing carried out by the Company, the following information:

– The purposes for processing your personal data, i.e., the reason why the Company processes your personal data.

– The legal bases that allow the processing of your data by the Company for each of the purposes indicated.

– The possible communication of your data to third parties, as well as the reason for such communication. Legal Basis Your consent to the provision of services, even if they are free of charge.
Recipients Your data may be transferred to service providers related to IT services.
Conservation Period Your data will be kept for a period of three years from the last interaction with BOLEO GLOBAL or until you express your wish not to continue subscribing to the newsletter.
  1. EXERCISE OF YOUR RIGHTS

We inform you that you may exercise the following rights:

(a) Right of access. You will be able to know the personal data that is being processed, as well as the processing operations carried out. We undertake to respond to this request within a maximum period of one month, and in the event that your right is upheld, access will be granted within a maximum period of ten business days.

  1. b) Right of rectification. Any change of inaccurate personal data may be considered.
  2. c) Right of erasure of your personal data. Whenever possible, you may delete the personal data being processed.
  3. d) Right to portability of your personal data. If the legal basis that enables us to process your data is a contractual relationship for the provision of services, your data may be transferred to third parties with whom you enter into a similar relationship, subject to your consent. Accordingly, you may request to receive your personal data provided in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to be able to transmit it to another data controller, provided that this is technically possible.

BOLEO GLOBAL will use its data storage and retrieval devices (Cookies) when the user has given prior consent to do so in accordance with what is indicated in the pop-up window of the user’s browser when accessing the Website for the first time and in the other terms and conditions indicated in BOLEO GLOBAL’s Cookies Policy.
